1. When will my order be shipped?
Spot orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. During promotional periods, delivery may be delayed by 1–3 days, with an overall processing time of 7–15 business days.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. How long does it take to receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
